Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Experience in financial reporting, analysis, or shared services preferred.

• Proficiency with financial systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reports, analyses, and management reports to support decisions and planning.
• Perform variances, trend analyses, and identify key business drivers.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and reconciliations.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights on revenue, expenses, cash flow, and metrics.
• Review and validate financial transactions for accuracy and compliance with controls.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather data and resolve issues.
• Support process improvements and automation for reporting efficiency.
