Job summary

William Hill PLC in Manila is seeking an Intercompany Analyst to ensure accurate preparation, posting, and processing of intercompany transactions within the RTR function at the Manila Finance Shared Service Center.

You will handle IC charge preparation, month-end posting, reconciliations, and audit support, with a focus on controls, documentation, and process improvements while collaborating with the Intercompany Manager and Senior Analyst.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in an accounting or finance operations role.
• Exposure to ERP systems for journal entry.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation (VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, data validation).

Responsibilities

• Accounting Execution: Intercompany Processing and documentation.
• Month-end close: post IC journals and settlement processing.
• Account Reconciliation: contribute to IC reconciliations.
• Query Resolution: respond to helpdesk queries and escalate issues.
• Audit Support and Reporting: provide evidence and schedules for audits and regulatory submissions.
