Job summary

Amadeus Hospitality in Manila, Philippines seeks an Integration Consulting Specialist to support pre-sales integration, analyze customer flows, and propose integration solutions between Amadeus systems and customer systems.

The role requires 2–3 years in product integration within travel, a strong XML/Web services background, and the ability to work in a hybrid schedule with onsite visits in BGC, Taguig. You will also prepare technical docs, demos, and KPI reports for global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Tourism or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in product integration, product implementation, service design, and onboarding within travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of XML and Web services interfaces.
• Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation.

**Job Title**Integration Consulting Specialist**In this role you will:**Pre-sales:* Support sales organization for integration matters (perform demos, analyze customer business flows and propose integration solutions to cope with customer requests)Assistance & Consulting:* Provide advice/consulting to internal/external customers for their integration activities between Amadeus systems and customer systems:* Provide functional support and problem resolution within the overall integration project* Ensure submission of Serviceability Requirements to Product Management* Establish and manage the product/solution integration schedule* Support Integration activities during the implementation project* Provide formal integration status, KPIs and customer feedback reporting to Management* Perform final sign-off/ certification prior to implementation in productionPost integration & Post implementation Consultancy:* Ensure product high level adoption by the customers in providing appropriate assistance on the daily activities* Make sure customers make the most of the Amadeus products / solutions* Identify and prioritize critical issues, problems and root causesProcess Improvement* Propose & follow-up Internal processes improvement* Identify & recommend Internal tools/techniques for further process automation* Provide regular status to the line to ensure global coverage and foster synergies within the Construction Domain* Transfer knowledge to Implementers globally**About the ideal candidate:*** University degree ideally in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Tourism or equivalent* At least 2–3 years of experience in product integration, product implementation, service design, and onboarding within the travel industry.* Background in the travel/airline industry* Strong working knowledge of Amadeus products, solutions, and services, or comparable industry systems.* Good understanding/expertise of XML structure.* Good understanding/expertise of Webservices interfaces.* Experience in writing and maintaining technical documentation.* Good technical expertise, problem solving abilities, project management, communication skills, customer focus, and collaboration* Amenable to work in midshift schedule or other shift as required by the business. Flexibility to attend early morning calls or late evening meetings* Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig. Hybrid work setup (2-3 days a week onsite)
