Job summary

Amadeus Marketing Phils, Inc. is seeking an Integration Consulting Specialist in Taguig for a hybrid role. You will support pre-sales demos, advise on integration between Amadeus systems and customer systems, and manage project schedules and KPIs.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in product integration within travel, strong XML and Web services knowledge, and solid technical documentation skills. Hybrid work 2–3 days onsite at BGC, with global coordination and ongoing customer success

Qualifications

• University degree ideally in CS, CE, IT, Tourism or equivalent.
• 2–3 years in product integration, product implementation, service design, and onboarding within travel.
• Background in travel/airline industry.
• Strong working knowledge of XML structure and Web services interfaces.
• Experience in writing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Strong problem solving, project management, communication, customer focus and collaboration.
• Amenities to work in midshift; hybrid work setup in Taguig (2-3 days onsite).

Responsibilities

• Support sales organization for integration matters (perform demos, analyze customer business flows and propose integration solutions).

• Submit Serviceability Requirements to Product Management.
• Establish and manage the product/solution integration schedule.

• Provide formal integration status, KPIs and customer feedback reporting to Management.
• Perform final sign-off/certification prior to production.
• Ensure product high level adoption by customers post-implementation and provide daily activity assistance.
• Identify and prioritize critical issues and root causes.
• Propose and follow-up internal process improvements; identify tools/techniques for automation.
• Provide regular status to the line to ensure global coverage and transfer knowledge to Implementers globally.

In this role you will:

Pre-sales:

• Support sales organization for integration matters (perform demos, analyze customer business flows and propose integration solutions to cope with customer requests)

Assistance & Consulting:

• Provide advice/consulting to internal/external customers for their integration activities between Amadeus systems and customer systems:
• Provide functional support and problem resolution within the overall integration project
• Ensure submission of Serviceability Requirements to Product Management
• Establish and manage the product/solution integration schedule
• Support Integration activities during the implementation project
• Provide formal integration status, KPIs and customer feedback reporting to Management
• Perform final sign-off/ certification prior to implementation in production

Post integration & Post implementation Consultancy:

• Ensure product high level adoption by the customers in providing appropriate assistance on the daily activities
• Make sure customers make the most of the Amadeus products / solutions
• Identify and prioritize critical issues, problems and root causes

Process Improvement

• Propose & follow-up Internal processes improvement
• Identify & recommend Internal tools/techniques for further process automation

• Provide regular status to the line to ensure global coverage and foster synergies within the Construction Domain
• Transfer knowledge to Implementers globally

About the ideal candidate:

• University degree ideally in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Tourism or equivalent
• At least 2–3 years of experience in product integration, product implementation, service design, and onboarding within the travel industry.
• Background in the travel/airline industry
• Strong working knowledge of Amadeus products, solutions, and services, or comparable industry systems.
• Good understanding/expertise of XML structure.
• Good understanding/expertise of Webservices interfaces.
• Experience in writing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Good technical expertise, problem solving abilities, project management, communication skills, customer focus, and collaboration
• Amenable to work in midshift schedule or other shift as required by the business. Flexibility to attend early morning calls or late evening meetings
• Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig. Hybrid work setup (2-3 days a week onsite)
