Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (related field) required.
• Proven experience managing quality and integrated management systems.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Leadership in quality, safety, risk, and continuity domains.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with focus on operational efficiency and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of products and services via ISO-aligned quality frameworks.
• Develop and maintain ISO-aligned quality systems.
• Conduct internal audits and process reviews.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality performance.
• Monitor and report quality KPIs.
