vamasters, Inc. is seeking an experienced Property and Casualty Insurance Account Manager to handle policy documents, client records, and act as the liaison with underwriters. The role focuses on supporting producers by managing back-end operations and maintaining strong carrier relationships.

Ideal candidates have hands-on P&C agency experience, proficiency with QQ Catalyst or similar AMS, and meticulous data entry skills to ensure timely, accurate policy servicing.

Formación

• Experience as Property & Casualty CSR or Account Manager.
• Knowledge of commercial lines: workers' comp, business auto, GL.
• Experience using agency management systems (QQ Catalyst, Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft).
• Excellent phone and written English communication.
• Accurate data entry and record-keeping.
• Organized, deadline-focused, reliable without reminders.
• Professional, client-ready communication.

Responsabilidades

• Process incoming policies and save to correct client records in the agency management system (QQ Catalyst).
• Update policy information, client details, and account data on time.
• Manage back-end agency operations, including emails and document handling.
• Communicate with underwriters by phone and email to support quoting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with underwriters and carriers.
• Support commercial lines accounts (workers' comp, business auto, GL).
• Organize and maintain client files, policy records, and docs.
• Chase pending items and flag issues to the agent.
• Keep AMS clean, current, and well organized.

Job Summary:

Behind every well-served commercial insurance client is an organized back office, and our growing agency needs an experienced Property and Casualty Insurance Account Manager to run ours. You will manage policy documents and client records in our agency management system, keep the agency organized, and act as a point of contact with underwriters. Hands-on P&C agency experience and the ability to take work off the producer's plate, so they can focus on selling, make for the ideal candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Process incoming policies and save them to the correct client records in the agency management system (QQ Catalyst)
• - Update policy information, client details, and account data accurately and on time
• - Manage back-end agency operations, including emails, document handling, and scheduling
• - Speak with underwriters by phone and email to support quoting and submissions
• - Build and maintain strong working relationships with underwriters and carrier contacts
• - Support commercial lines accounts such as workers' compensation, business auto, and general liability
• - Organize and maintain client files, policy records, and account documentation
• - Chase pending items and flag issues or missing information to the agent
• - Keep the agency management system clean, current, and well organized

Mandatory Skills:

• - Proven experience as a Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Account Manager
• - Working knowledge of commercial insurance lines (workers' comp, business auto, general liability)
• - Experience using an agency management system (e.g., QQ Catalyst, Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft)
• - Strong phone and written English communication skills
• - Strong data entry and record-keeping accuracy
• - Orderly, true to deadlines, and dependable without reminders
• - Strong communication skills and a professional, client-ready manner

Preferred Skills:

• - Direct experience with QQ Catalyst
• - Experience communicating with underwriters and building carrier relationships
• - Familiarity with commercial insurance quoting, submissions, and policy servicing workflows
• - Experience with certificates of insurance, endorsements, and renewals
• - Keeps a steady head when several accounts and priorities compete for attention at once
• - Comfort learning new systems and processes quickly
