Job summary

MicroSourcing in Taguig City is seeking an Insurance Verification and Authorization (IV/Auth) Trainer to design and deliver Revenue Cycle training programs for the team. You will conduct onsite and virtual sessions, develop materials, onboard new hires, and collaborate with leadership to identify training needs while tracking outcomes.

The role requires IV/Auth experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong English communication skills to train staff and ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory

Qualifications

• At least 3 years IV/Auth experience and 1 year training experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of insurance verification and authorization processes, HIPAA, and adult learning principles.
• Experience with EMR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech
• Excellent English communication skills (CEFR B2)

Responsibilities

Your Role

As an Insurance Verification and Authorization (IV/Auth) Trainer, you will play a key role in building and delivering Revenue Cycle training programs.

You Will

What You Need

• Experience: At least 3 years of IV/Auth experience and 1 year of training experience, preferably within a Revenue Cycle function
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• RCM Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance verification and authorization processes, HIPAA regulations, and adult learning principles
• Systems: Experience with EMR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills (minimum CEFR B2)

Preferred Skills

• Teaching Experience: At least 2 years of training or teaching experience
• Educational Background: Degree in business, healthcare, or education
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Industry Exposure: Experience working with US healthcare providers or payers
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and ability to handle sensitive patient information
