Job summary

Office Beacon LLC in the Philippines is seeking a Technical Trainer – Insurance to join our Global Learning and Development team. You will deliver onboarding and refresher training for U.S. Insurance clients, conduct needs analyses, and facilitate learner-centered sessions to ensure floor readiness.

The role requires strong facilitation, curriculum development, and the ability to coach trainees while tracking progress. This onsite position aligns with U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of Learning & Development experience, especially in training facilitation and content development.
• Experience in a BPO, shared services, or other high-performance environment.
• Experience supporting U.S. Insurance clients is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive onboarding and process-specific training for the U.S. Insurance vertical.
• Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learner knowledge gaps.
• Facilitate engaging, learner-centered training sessions using instructional techniques.
• Adapt delivery to different adult learning styles and trainee needs.
• Deliver refresher training and targeted coaching when gaps are identified.
• Reinforce correct insurance processes and operational procedures.
• Ensure trainees understand data integrity and proper handling in training environments.
