Job summary

WNS Global Services, Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a Training Specialist to design and deliver onboarding and ongoing skill development for staff, including trainers. The role requires clear communication, strong organization, and the ability to manage schedules.

You will facilitate new hire training for pre-process batches, create manuals, conduct TNAs, maintain training records, and evaluate program effectiveness. On-site work in Alabang is required with occasional shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of college completed.
• At least 2 years of call center/BPO skills/communications training experience.
• Preferably with Insurance Account background.
• System working knowledge; computer experience desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Can demonstrate leadership and facilitation skills.
• Self-starter who works independently.
• Amenable to working shifting schedules.
• Amenable to work onsite in Alabang office.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire training for Pre-process batches.
• Create, organize, plan, and deliver onboarding and skills training for employees.
• Create and/or acquire training manuals, guides, and course materials.
• Conduct TNA for BAU Refreshers.
• Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
• Conduct coaching and feedback for teams on the floor.
• Conduct Train the Trainer programs for new trainers and capability upliftment.
