Job summary

AIA Philippines is seeking a Sales Support and Operations Specialist to provide end-to-end support for new business and after-sales transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing across sales channels. You will collaborate with partner departments to drive sales productivity and improve operational efficiency.

The role emphasizes stakeholder coordination, process documentation, and reporting to support sales productivity, performance tracking, and persistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in insurance operations or a comparable role.
• Strong understanding of process design, controls, and data interpretation.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and initiative-taking capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides end-to-end support for new business and after-sales transactions, including screening and endorsement to relevant units.
• Ensures timely processing of prioritized cases, especially during month-end cut-off periods.
• Clearly communicates pending and outstanding requirements to sales to enable faster case resolution.
• Coordinates with internal stakeholders and partner units to resolve escalated sales cases.
