Job summary

AIA Philippines is seeking a detail‑oriented Risk and Compliance professional to act as the first line of defense within the Agency Distribution channel, upholding Business Quality and driving continuous improvements to SOPs.

The role requires a university degree and at least two years in the insurance industry, plus proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You must be independent, reliable, and able to work with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• University/College graduate with relevant insurance experience.
• Minimum 2 years in the insurance industry.
• Able to improve processes and maintain compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of defense in Agency Distribution and uphold Business Quality.
• Monitor, communicate with stakeholders, and drive continuous SOP improvements.
• Identify risk trends in PMT data and coordinate with Business Units.
• Notify agents and leaders about PM findings and requirements.
• Review policy replacement cases and monitor misconduct with appropriate teams.
• Escalate violations to superiors and compliance department as needed.
• Assist Risk and Compliance with ad-hoc analysis and investigations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the department head.
