Job summary

AIA Philippines is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to act as the first line of defense within the Agency Distribution channel and uphold Business Quality across the force. You will monitor operations, communicate with stakeholders, and initiate improvements in line with SOPs to reduce risks and gaps.

The role requires a university degree and at least two years in insurance. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus strong attention to detail and teamwork, will help you thrive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of insurance distribution or distribution channels.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proactive in process improvement and quality assurance.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of defense within the Agency Distribution channel.
• Uphold Business Quality in the Agency Force through monitoring and communication.
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement per SOP.
• Monitor predictive modelling outputs for anomalies and report findings.
• Coordinate with business units to verify PMT findings.
• Assist risk and compliance with ad-hoc analysis when required.
• Maintain records and escalate violations to supervisors and compliance.
