Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service via phone calls and answer customer, underwriter and/or agency questions regarding product, process, or policy.
• Operate switchboard and connect callers to the appropriate person.
• Comply with regulations, industry codes, company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy; ensure security in handling customer information.
