Job summary

QBE Group Shared Services Centre in the Philippines is seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate to handle phone inquiries, answer questions from customers, underwriters, and agencies, and connect callers to the right person while maintaining service quality.

You will follow scripts, ensure policy and billing procedures are followed, comply with regulatory requirements, protect privacy, and deliver personalized service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 0-1 year relevant experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Knowledge of insurance and billing processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via phone calls and answer questions regarding product, process, policy.
• Assist with billing inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Refer/escalate where appropriate and route calls to the correct location.
• Comply with legislations, industry codes, company policies and procedures.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality in handling information.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders.
