Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring for a Contract role in the transfers operations team in the Philippines. You will perform and oversee end-to-end transfer processes, including unit trust transfers across platforms and settlement monitoring.

You will support maintenance matters, liaise with stakeholders and vendors, and ensure adherence to procedures and regulations while delivering accurate, timely results.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in transfers/operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with multiple systems.
• Experience executing unit trust transfers across platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee end-to-end transfer processes, including transfer of unit trust holdings across and within platforms, settlement monitoring and other transfer-linked activities.
• Support firm and advisor maintenance matters on platforms when required.
• Exercise judgement in handling stakeholders’ requests, urgent ad hoc tasks, and completing priorities within tight timelines while exercising operational accuracy.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, custodians, counterparties and external vendors to resolve queries and provide operational support.
• Ensure adherence to established procedures, control guidelines, market regulations and compliance framework during processing.
