Job summary

Manulife is a leading international financial services provider seeking a Senior Trade Support professional in Manila. You will perform day-to-day operational support including FX transactions, fund transfers, cash projections, and reconciliations, while ensuring timely settlements and issue resolution.

The role requires strong knowledge of securities instruments, excellent communication, and the ability to manage risks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years in Trade Support, Middle Office, Investment Operations, Cash Management or Fund Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of securities instruments (Equities, Bonds, FX, Time Deposits).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operational support (FX, transfers, cash projections, reconciliations).
• Communicate with Front Office, partners, custodians, and vendors for timely settlements.
• Investigate and resolve overdrafts or breaks raised by Front Office or other teams.
• Highlight positions and cash reconciliations; manage risks (operational, reputational, settlement).
• Develop metrics, reports, and presentations for stakeholders; train junior staff.
