Job summary

ING in Manila seeks a Securities Processing Associate to support internal and external transfers and tax settlements. You will monitor settlement processes, ensure accurate execution of client instructions, and act as a key contact for internal teams and external partners.

You will contribute to ongoing process improvements, participate in projects, and help maintain high quality standards in a fast-paced banking environment. Fluent English and structured work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Completed education in banking or finance.
• Experience in (retail) securities processing.
• Strong business and tax knowledge in the Securities business.
• High affinity for Securities and continuous improvement mindset.
• Clear, independent, careful and structured working style.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Process internal and external securities transfers according to client instructions.
• Tax settlement of securities transactions.
• Process and monitor the settlement.
• Act as point of contact for internal stakeholders and external business partners.
• Adhoc tasks, e.g., preparation and execution of test activities.
• Participate in projects in the workplace environment.
• Contribute to maintaining and improving process quality.
