Job summary

Deployed Philippines Inc is seeking an Underwriter support role based in Pasig, Philippines. You will ensure accurate trackers, assist the Lead/Senior Underwriter with underwriting duties for new business, renewals and endorsements, and respond to policy inquiries from clients, staff and insurers.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in F&G insurance, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with confidentiality. This is an on-site position with standard office hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in the F&G insurance industry.
• Ability to listen, digest information and report to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to learn and assist Lead/Senior Underwriter.
• Experience handling multiple inboxes and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain trackers/spreadsheets/CRM for accuracy and reporting.
• Assist Lead/Senior Underwriter with underwriting tasks for new business, renewals, endorsements and cancellations.
• Respond to policy inquiries via email from clients, staff or insurers.
• Provide support to internal and external advisers on underwriting issues.
