Job summary

Chubb Ltd. in the Philippines is seeking a Commercial MN Operations Support Officer to support Global Services and Multinational Service Units by completing tasks including creating records in Workview and Underwriting tools, booking premiums, and preparing policy documents for onshore teams or brokers.

You will update systems as needed and handle midterm transactions such as endorsements, cancellations, reversals, and rebooking.

Qualifications

• Experience in MN operations or insurance service environment is advantageous.
• Ability to create records in UW/workflow systems and manage midterm transactions.
• Strong attention to regulatory compliance and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process requests according to business requirements.
• Understand MN servicing workflow and apply to processes.
• Assist with creation of records in UW and workflow systems.
• Assist with updating financial systems as per documents received.
• Respond to business with necessary information to proceed with requests.
• Create policy wordings and send to appropriate person.
• Update tools for regulatory needs.
• File completed transactions in filing systems.
• Complete other significant transactions: certificate issuance, claims experience, Letter of Authority, broker transfers.
