Acquire Intelligence is seeking an Insurance Officer to manage end-to-end insurance operations, including policy administration and claims handling. You will work cross-functionally with brokers, underwriters, and stakeholders to ensure compliant, cost-effective processes.

You will handle motor insurance claims, review policies, and coordinate across departments to maintain high service levels and accurate reporting. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in insurance operations, policy administration, or claims management.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles, particularly motor insurance policies and claims.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to reduce risk and manage costs.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with clients and vendors.
• Familiarity with insurance platforms and claims systems is an advantage.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Claims Processing: Manage motor insurance claims from initiation to resolution.
• Compliance: Ensure regulatory and industry standards compliance in insurance processes.
