Job summary

AIA (Web) is seeking a detail-oriented policy administration professional to support accurate processing of policy benefits and maturities. The ideal candidate has a formal degree and at least one year of experience in insurance operations, with strong MS Office skills and a proactive approach to documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree required.
• 1+ year of experience supporting insurance operations.
• Background in insurance and banking is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications.
• Strong research and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet turnaround times.
• Flexible with scheduling including shifts, holidays, and weekends if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Process assigned customer requests within the agreed turnaround time (TAT).
• Manage policy changes, billing and collections, and policy benefits and maturities requests/adjustments promptly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of policy owner administration activities.
• Support handling of all assigned requests within approved authority limits and SLA targets.
• Assist in preparing transactional reports for management and stakeholders on time.
• Document policies and procedures for trainers and SME's as applicable.
• Monitor transactions for compliance with risk and control requirements and escalate issues.
• Participate in projects and walkthroughs with auditors as needed.
• Perform additional duties assigned by Team Lead/Manager to meet requirements.
