Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking an Insurance Officer to manage end-to-end insurance operations, including policy administration and claims handling. You will work cross-functionally with brokers, underwriters, and stakeholders to ensure compliant, cost-effective processes.

You will handle motor insurance claims, review policies, and coordinate across departments to maintain high service levels and accurate reporting. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

At least 1–2 years of experience in insurance operations, policy administration, or claims management.
Strong understanding of insurance principles, particularly motor insurance policies and claims.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to reduce risk and manage costs.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with clients and vendors.
Familiarity with insurance platforms and claims systems is an advantage.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Claims Processing: Manage motor insurance claims from initiation to resolution.
Compliance: Ensure regulatory and industry standards compliance in insurance processes.
Client Service: Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain client satisfaction.
Risk Management: Review policies, premiums, and claims histories to mitigate risks.
Budget Management: Monitor costs and pursue cost-saving targets in insurance activities.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain documentation, prepare insurance-related reports, and manage correspondence.
Coordination: Work with brokers, underwriters, and claims adjusters for seamless processing.
Policy Management: Administer policies and secure competitive quotations.

As an Insurance Officer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth, compliant, and cost-effective management of insurance policies and claims processes. You will handle end-to-end insurance operations, from policy administration and risk review to claims management and cross-department collaboration.

Your Day-to-day Tasks Include
