Lennor Metier is seeking an experienced executive to lead strategic direction, oversee Life and Non-Life insurance operations, and drive profitable growth. The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration across insurers, brokers, and corporate clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership in insurance and a strong network within the Philippine market, with a track record of scaling profitability and guiding organizational change.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
• 10+ years in Insurance; 20+ years preferred depending on depth of experience.
• Extensive experience in Non-Life Insurance, especially underwriting, risk management, and portfolio management.
• Demonstrated leadership in sales and distribution, business development, marketing, and corporate insurance.
• Proven track record managing a business unit with revenue, profitability, budgeting and performance.
• Strong understanding of Philippine insurance regulations and market.
• Established professional network within the insurance industry.

Responsabilidades

• Direct overall strategy, operations, and KPIs to ensure profitability and efficiency across units.
• Oversee Life and Non-Life insurance operations, underwriting, risk assessment, and portfolio management.
• Lead sales, distribution, marketing, and business development to grow revenue and renewals.
• Identify emerging markets, products, and distribution channels for expansion and competitive edge.
• Drive digital transformation with CRM, policy admin tools, portals, and related tech initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Insurance Commission rules, the Insurance Code, and laws.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, costs, and allocate resources for growth.
