UNITED OVERSEAS INSURANCE LTD in the Philippines is seeking a Manager for Intermediaries to drive revenue growth through Agents and Brokers channels. You will manage key stakeholder relationships and lead strategic initiatives.

You will develop growth strategies, build the intermediary network, and collaborate with underwriting, product, and marketing to maximise opportunities while ensuring compliance and strong customer experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• Proven insurance sales experience with focus on general insurance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to train intermediaries on insurance products.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the Commercial Intermediary growth strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Solicit, acquire and retain Agents; liaise with Brokers for referrals.
• Build business cases for new products via Intermediary channels to launch.
• Track pipeline, profitability and provide regular reporting to leadership.
• Establish SOPs and training for Intermediaries; ensure compliance.
