Job summary

Intogreat Solutions is seeking an Insurance Broker Support to provide administrative and operational assistance for Australian market broker activities. The role covers policy administration, renewals, endorsements, quoting, document preparation, and proactive client communications while ensuring accurate records and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in insurance, insurance broking, or a related insurance support role is preferred.
• Basic understanding of insurance principles and terminology.
• Experience supporting Australian insurance clients, brokers, or insurers is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Landlords and Personal Lines insurance is an advantage.
• Previous claims handling experience is preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, SharePoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience using broking platforms and insurance management systems is advantageous, particularly Insight and Sunrise.
• Prior experience with a broking system and Tier 2 compliance certification are highly regarded.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Insight insurance software is a must
