Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years of account management experience, preferably in leadership roles.
• Fluent English and Filipino; Mandarin helpful.
• Strategic thinking, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Analytical, systematic and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the business portfolio of the assigned team or unit.

• Present products and insurance coverage to clients and bank counterparts.
