MicroSourcing seeks a Property Insurance Broker to join our on-site team in Mall of Asia, Pasay City. This full-time, day-shift position focuses on handling quotations, renewals, policy bindings, and documentation in WinBEAT, with responsibilities spanning from premium funding to updating the renewal spreadsheet.

The ideal candidate has excellent English reading and writing skills and basic numeracy; familiarity with insurance concepts is a plus and a fast learner.

Responsibilities

• Update new quotations in WinBEAT
• Premium funding rollover
• Renewals
• Transfer renewals
• Bind a policy
• Complete the correct email to the Account Manager
• Save all communications in the Document Management System (DMS)
• Update the renewal spreadsheet for the Account Manager
• Full term/end term cancellations
• Renewal policy amendments as required
