You will build lasting client relationships, maintain records, and collaborate with internal teams to meet KPIs in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, especially within the insurance/financial services sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-centric approach to resolving issues.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work shift schedules, including weekends/evenings.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls about insurance policies and claims.
• Provide product knowledge and guidance on coverage options.
• Process applications, policy updates, and amendments accurately.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records per company protocols.
• Cross-sell and upsell insurance products where appropriate.
