Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage options, claims and billing matters.
• Provide accurate, clear and helpful information to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Process insurance applications, policy amendments and customer requests efficiently and accurately.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy, working towards swift and satisfactory resolutions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Cross-sell and upsell insurance products and services where appropriate, identifying customer needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and compliance requirements in all customer interactions.
• Meet or exceed performance targets including call quality, customer satisfaction scores and productivity metrics.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programmes to enhance product knowledge and skills.
