• Process insurance applications, policy updates, and amendments accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to senior management when necessary.

• Cross-sell and upsell insurance products where appropriate, contributing to sales targets and business objectives.
• Follow all regulatory requirements and compliance standards specific to the insurance industry.
