Job summary

Cast LMS (Buri Technologies, Inc.) is a fully remote e-learning startup in the Philippines seeking a creative Instructional Designer to craft engaging multimedia scripts for audio, video, and interactive elements, and to design curricula based on learning requirements.

You will develop assessments aligned with objectives, collaborate with the design team, refine content with SME feedback, and contribute to innovative e-learning materials; mentorship in instructional design will be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in instructional design or e-learning development.
• Experience in teaching/education or learning and development is a plus.
• Strong writing and editing skills for course scripts.
• Familiarity with e-learning tools and LMS is a plus.

Our team is one of the few development houses in the country that have won educational technology awards abroad. We are looking for individuals who seek challenges and aspire to change the Philippine e-learning landscape by helping organizations build their training materials for the future and build software products that can help educators all over the country. We seek a creative and imaginative Instructional Designer who will be responsible for developing engaging and effective course scripts for our e-learning programs. This role requires a combination of creativity, strong writing skills, and a deep understanding of instructional design principles to create impactful learning experiences.

We are a completely remote company but we have an office in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Write engaging and effective multimedia scripts for audio, video, and interactive elements.
• Develop comprehensive curriculum plans and outlines based on the provided learning requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Education, Creative Writing, Humanities, or related field (or equivalent experience in instructional design and/or e-learning development). Experience in teaching / education, learning and development, training personnel is a plus.

Knowledge

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities in content creation and reviewing.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills to create clear and effective course scripts.
• Strong portfolio showcasing course scripts and e-learning materials is a plus.
• Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems is a plus.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
