Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer for a 6-month contract. The role focuses on applying adult learning principles to design and deliver effective e-learning and virtual instructor-led sessions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging curricula, develop materials, and facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions while aligning with the latest instructional methodologies for virtual learning. On-site work in Manila is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years applying adult learning to training needs and e-learning delivery.
• Education in adult learning with training methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multiple internal learning projects varying in size and complexity.
• Consult with clients, SMEs and internal partners to understand learning needs and define success measures.
• Assess, evaluate and propose solution plans to improve current training programs.
• Design end-to-end learning solutions including participant/facilitator workbooks, presentations and job aids.
• Liaise with Training Design Manager for content validation.
• Facilitate/lead Train-the-Trainer sessions for client programs.
• Review effectiveness of learning providers and incorporate feedback.
• Participate in post-implementation reviews to enhance content and behaviors.
• Maintain and update existing training materials per Learning and Development strategy.
