Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a creative Instructional Designer to develop engaging e-Learning content and multimedia learning experiences in Manila. You will craft courses, storyboards, and interactive modules, collaborating with SMEs to ensure accuracy and impact.

The role focuses on ADDIE-based design, video production, and quality assurance, with on-site work and opportunities for professional growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, e-Learning Developer, or similar role.
• Strong video design, editing, and multimedia production skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience using Canva for visual content creation.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise).
• Knowledge of e-Learning design best practices and instructional design methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement e-Learning courses and training materials based on learning objectives.
• Create storyboards and visual concepts for e-Learning modules and videos.
• Develop interactive learning experiences using authoring tools and multimedia elements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy.
• Edit and produce instructional videos, presentations, and other digital assets.
• Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) and adult learning principles.
• Review and revise content based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Ensure all materials meet quality standards and are aligned with organizational goals.
