Job summary

We Search @ Searchers & Staffers Corp. is seeking an Assistant Manager - Instructional Design to lead creation of learning materials and programs on site in Pasay. The role requires 1-3 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities include designing eLearning content, applying ADDIE/SAM, managing LMS assets, and producing multimedia assets, with emphasis on measurable learning outcomes and collaboration with SMEs.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in instructional design theories and adult learning principles.
• Proficient in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Experienced with Learning Management Systems (e.g., reNew).
• Skilled in visual design and storyboarding for effective learning experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated project management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and document measurable learning objectives.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner profiles.
• Partner with subject matter experts to validate content accuracy.
• Design and develop instructional materials (eLearning, manuals, guides).
• Apply instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM).
• Produce multimedia learning assets (videos, simulations, interactive modules).
• Create assessments to evaluate learning outcomes.
• Maintain and update course materials for relevance and accuracy.
• Implement and manage content within Learning Management Systems (LMS).
