Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in training and development.
• Professional experience designing learning materials and using instructional design frameworks.
• Core skills include strong communication, time management, teamwork, and prioritization.
• Facilitation experience in a professional or corporate setting.
• Writing and design background in business, creative writing, and learning design.
• Relevant training certifications or credentials.

Responsibilities

• Elevate Quality: review training materials and design, providing high-quality feedback to ensure performance and scale.
• Mentor and train other specialists, helping them increase impact.
• Design learning experiences aligned to objectives and rooted in Adult Learning Principles.
• Translate complex learning needs into practical, simple designs for deployment.
• Partner cross-functionally with SMEs and stakeholders to identify needs and resolve blockers.
• Own end-to-end delivery from design to measuring training impact in production.
