Job summary

Probe Group is seeking an Instructional Designer to create engaging AI-powered learning experiences and training content for our contact center teams. You'll design instructor-led and e-learning programs, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage projects from concept to deployment.

You will build multimedia content using Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and Captivate, support LMS deployment, and drive continuous improvement across learning initiatives.

• 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development or Instructional Design.

Are you passionate about creating engaging learning experiences and excited about the future of AI in training? Join our Learning & Development team as our Instructional Designer and help transform how our contact center employees learn through innovative, technology-driven solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop engaging instructor-led and e-learning training programs

• Create AI-powered learning experiences, simulations, and interactive training content.

• Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and build effective solutions

• Manage instructional design projects from concept to implementation

• Develop multimedia learning materials using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360, videos, and other digital content

• Support Learning Management System (LMS) content deployment and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development or Instructional Design

• BPO/Contact Center experience is highly preferred

• Experience using Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring tools

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)

• Passion for creating innovative learning experiences and leveraging AI in training.

• Amenable to a hybrid work setup based in Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City, with occasional travel to other Probe CX sites
