Job summary

De ion is seeking a Senior Multimedia Designer to craft internal multimedia assets for training and performance support. The role focuses on graphics, animations, videos, and interactive features for internal use and learning enrichment.

You will collaborate with track leads and SMEs to deliver engaging visuals and simulations, respond to stakeholder requests, and iteratively improve assets while maintaining SharePoint sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college graduate required.
• 3+ years of related working experience.
• Familiarity with training development tools like Articulate Rise and Storyline, Opus, Oracle Guided Learning, Tango, and WalkMe.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience producing multimedia materials including video tutorials, interactive simulations, animations, and documentation.
• Knowledge in SharePoint Site development and design.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong visual design sense, highly creative and innovative.
• Organized and self-motivated.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Demonstrate the ability to breakdown and deliver a complex message to a variety of audiences.
• Technology savvy.

• Expertise in multimedia content creation tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), animation software like Vyond, TechSmith tools (Camtasia, Snagit), and Canva
• Experience producing a range of multimedia materials, including but not limited to video tutorials, interactive simulations, animations, and documentation
• Knowledge in SharePoint Site development and design
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
