Job summary

AM3 Global is seeking a skilled Digital Media Designer and Developer in the Philippines to collaborate with Trainers and eLearning teams. You will create learning objectives, scripts, and multimedia animations to support change management and staff development.

Responsibilities include designing CBTs, videos and courseware, ensuring SCORM-compliant content for LMS delivery, and leveraging tools like Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Articulate 360.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in digital media design, eLearning development and implementation.
• Extensive experience in designing and developing e-learning courseware and self-paced training.
• Proficient with leading content authoring tools listed in the job.
• Knowledge of creating SCORM compliant content for LMS delivery.

Job description

• Work and collaborate with Trainers, Change Managers and the eLearning teams to develop learning objectives, content, outline, scripts and multimedia screen animations
• Provide expert design and recommendations for digital and online requirements
• Design instructional materials such as CBTs, videos, presentations and exercises as eLearning content to support change management and learning for staff
• Understand different technologies and facilities used to conduct online and remote site eLearning
• Produce prototype and mock-up screens during design and development
• Create and edit graphics, animation, audio, text, video clips, and other content as needed for the courseware
• Construct courseware using storyboards, graphics, audio, animations, video and text that fits into an appropriate delivery form
• Coordinate with different business units to ensure timely delivery of projects
• More than 5 years of solid experience particularly in the field of digital media design, eLearning development and implementation
• Extensive experience in designing and developing e-learning courseware and self-paced training
• Expertise with the following content authoring tools: Camtasia, SnagIt, Sound Forge and Adobe Master Suite/Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Captivate, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Articulate 360, Vyond, Powtoon, Canva and other related tools
• Knowledge in creating SCORM compliant content that functions within an LMS
• Experience working with cloud-based productivity tools (Office 365, SharePoint)
• Experience working with eLearning content libraries such as Linkedin Learning, Skillsoft/Percipio, and EdCast would be an advantage
• Experience working with Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g., WalkMe, Whatfix) would be an advantage
• Knowledge of digital technology as applied in an enterprise environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experienced in handling exceptional customers
• Strong written and verbal communication, listening and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills and a heightened sense of responsibility
• Flexibility to adjust working hours as needed
• Ability to manage multiple tasks

• Knowledge in creating SCORM compliant content that functions within an LMS

Engagement

The Change Management Associate Digital Media Designer and Developer is expected to perform all the activities outlined above for a period of twelve (12) months. Periodic reviews will be conducted throughout the engagement and contract may be subject for renewal.
