Job summary

Thames International School Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer in Quezon City to create modular, mobile-friendly learning materials using ADDIE and SAM frameworks.

The role includes LMS setup, learner communications, and reporting to support blended or online delivery. You will develop digital and print content, test with trainers and learners, and coordinate with curriculum teams to ensure accurate, version-controlled assets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM) and competency-based methodology.
• Advanced LMS administration and configuration skills.
• Multimedia production skills including visuals and simple animations.
• Technical troubleshooting and support for digital learning platforms.
• Strong data management and reporting to track learner progress.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for content creation and stakeholder coordination.
• High attention to detail regarding content accuracy and grammar.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize digital and print learning materials aligned with competency-based methodology for desktop and mobile.
• Conduct user testing with trainers and learners to adjust content based on feedback.
• Coordinate with Curriculum Developers and trainers to ensure content accuracy and version control.
• Configure and maintain LMS settings, enrollments, schedules, and learning paths.
• Publish and manage digital resources within the LMS and ensure up-to-date content.
• Monitor and report learner progress with dashboards for stakeholders.
• Provide first-level LMS support and collaborate with IT as needed.
• Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned.
