Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a candidate for an Instructional Design role based in Pasay, Metro Manila. The ideal applicant must have at least 2 years in college and at least 1 year of experience in Instructional Design or Content Development. Responsibilities include managing processes, coaching team members, assisting new hires to be productive quickly, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. This position requires a portfolio. The work setup is onsite at MOA Pasay.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in college (No back subjects).
• At least 1 year in Instructional Design or Content Development.
• Portfolio required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the process and take corrective steps where necessary or make incremental improvements.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance.
• Assist new hires such that they are productive on the floor in the shortest possible time frame.
• Handle escalations.
• Provide inputs on process and system to the team members.
• Client Interaction, where required at the level of Supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standards.
