Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or inside sales.
• Experience with AS400 or similar mainframe systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients.
• Provide responsive, high-quality customer service across all touchpoints.
• Initiate and manage pre-sale activities including product knowledge, quoting, and order entry.
• Ensure post-shipment follow-through and customer satisfaction.
• Assure accurate customer pricing.
• Collaborate with sales managers and reps to support quoting and order fulfillment.
• Troubleshoot issues and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Track and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
