Job summary

Dover Business Services (DBS) is a global business-to-business services provider, delivering transactional services in Finance, IT and HR to Dover Corporation. DBS operates across multiple locations and serves internal operating companies with a customer-first mindset.

We are seeking a qualified professional in Cebu City to build strong client relationships, manage pre-sale activities, and ensure post-sale satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or inside sales.
• Experience with AS400 or similar mainframe systems.
