TalentVibe Business Consultancy is hiring an Inside Sales Consultant to support strategic clients through outbound development and early-stage sales execution. This contract role suits candidates with staffing sales or recruiting experience who want to grow into client-facing sales roles in a hunter-style environment.

You will conduct outreach, qualify leads, assist senior sales leaders, and keep the CRM updated.

Our client is seeking for an Inside Sales Consultant to support strategic clients through outbound business development and early-stage sales execution. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and targeted outreach
• Open new accounts and identify net-new business opportunities
• Support senior sales leaders with lead qualification, discovery calls, and initial client outreach
• Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and CRM updates
• Meet or exceed activity-based sales metrics

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in staffing sales or agency recruiting; experience in IT Services Sales is a plus.
• Strong outbound prospecting and cold-calling experience
• Proven ability to open new accounts in a metrics-driven environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Should be open to Independent Contractor position

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior sales executives
• B2B sales exposure within staffing, professional services, or technology
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
