Job summary

C9 Staff Inc. is seeking a motivated Cold Caller to support our staffing solutions by generating leads and setting appointments with prospective clients from home.

The role requires confident phone communication, the ability to handle rejection, and strong English skills. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST; this is 100% remote from the Philippines. You will use CRM to track activity and contribute to sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (B2B preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking systems.
