Job summary

Boogie Team is seeking an experienced Sales Agent to close staffing deals for remote and ongoing placements. You will manage inbound leads and conduct outbound outreach, owning the full sales cycle from discovery to close.

You will collaborate with recruitment and operations to ensure smooth handoffs, apply knowledge of staffing models and pricing, and thrive in a fast-moving, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience within a staffing agency.
• Strong understanding of staffing models, pricing, and client objections.
• Experience with outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
• Excellent communication skills with a confident, results-driven approach.
• Comfortable selling recurring staffing services.
