Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in telesales or sales/customer service.
• Good knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems.
• Strong negotiation and issue-resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing inactive customers using scripts to collect feedback on the company's service.
• Convert 30 or more inactive customers daily and ensure they carry out transactions.
• Document and follow up on customer feedback.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Customer support Leads.
