Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an Inside Sales and Sales Operation Support professional to drive growth and manage key customer accounts. You will own assigned targets, build relationships, progress opportunities, reactivate dormant accounts, and support account growth through regular engagement and sales analysis.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, Customer Service and Demand Planning to ensure customer needs are understood, forecasts support business planning, and CRM data is accurate for

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Inside Sales or related customer-facing role.

• Experience in order management and quotations is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned customer accounts and sales targets; drive year-on-year growth; develop relationships; identify opportunities.
• Proactively contact customers to understand needs, follow up opportunities and drive repeat purchases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and sales opportunities.
• Prepare standard quotations and assist with sales contracts; ensure accuracy with approved terms.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular reports; highlight risks and opportunities for senior stakeholders.
• Conduct account reviews and follow up on actions with Account Manager.
