Job summary

Triangle Holdings System Corporation in Cavite, Philippines seeks a Sales Administration professional to manage quotations, sales documentation, and order processing. You will coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure timely delivery and accurate information flow.

Responsibilities include maintaining customer records, generating daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, and supporting cross-functional coordination to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quotations, sales orders, and other sales-related documents accurately and promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, respond to inquiries, provide order updates, and coordinate customer requirements with the Production, Planning, and Warehouse teams.
• Monitor the status of all customer job orders from receipt of PO, production planning, printing, post-press processing, dispatch, up to final delivery; coordinate with the Production Supervisor on delays.
• Maintain customer records, sales files, order trackers, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports; ensure all sales documentation is complete and properly filed.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery; inform customers of schedules or delays.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups and prompt resolution of concerns; assist Sales Team in identifying new opportunities.
• Perform general administrative duties including data entry, document preparation, report generation, filing, scheduling meetings, and other clerical tasks.
• Work closely with Sales, Production, Planning, Purchasing, QA, and Warehouse to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer requirements; recommend process improvements to enhance order processing efficiency and service.
• Perform other sales and administrative functions as assigned by Management.
