Job summary

Cyzerg is seeking an Inside Sales & Business Development Representative in Clark, Philippines to support and grow current accounts while generating new opportunities. The role balances 50% inbound and 50% outbound sales, coordinating with Engineering, Sales, and Procurement to deliver solutions and drive quotes and proposals.

The position requires 2+ years in sales, English fluency, and the ability to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM US Eastern Time in a fast-paced environment with multifaceted

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience managing both inbound and outbound sales activities.
• Strong prospecting, follow-up, and opportunity progression skills.
• Knowledge of hardware/software tech a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and qualify opportunities.
• Proactively identify and contact potential customers through outbound channels.
• Prepare quotes and proposals in collaboration with Engineering/Sales teams.
• Support Sales Executives to progress opportunities toward closure.
• Maintain a healthy outbound sales pipeline and track activities.
