Job summary

Unilever in General Trias, Cavite, seeks an Innovations (SUIT) Engineer to lead change management for new innovations, material transitions, and new technology with end-to-end impact on safety, quality, and productivity. The role requires coordinating trials, CAPEX planning, and project networks to ensure timely launches.

The candidate will apply Focused Improvement, Quality, and EEM/ EPM pillars, with experience in processing or packing and knowledge of GMP/GHK rules.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or technical degree related to manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of process and equipment in FMCG.
• Experience in quality in innovation for manufacturing including statistical analysis.
• Ability to prepare machine/process specifications and manage project networks.
• Basic TPM, WCM, Six Sigma knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Change Management Lead and ensure execution of the VIP programs category.
• Ensure trials are executed based on the trial plan and provide trial reports for SU-led projects.
• Prepare and monitor project networks for SU-led projects.
• CAPEX Management and support in drafting CAPEX for SU related projects.
• Monitors CAPEX progress and alignment of BOM and batch sheets.
